Information about the specialty and services alone isn't enough. People who land on the website want to know who they will be dealing with and what to expect. So the website had to combine the doctor's professional image with a more personal, friendly character.
The website immediately answers the two questions of anyone looking for a doctor: “Can I trust her?” and “How do I book?”. The professional image goes hand in hand with a personal tone, so the website doesn't feel like an anonymous practice listing.
